Topsports' (HKG:6110) attributable profit declined 42% to 1.29 billion yuan in the fiscal year ended Feb. 28 from 2.21 billion yuan in fiscal 2024, according to a Wednesday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.

Earnings per share at the sportswear products company decreased to 0.2074 yuan from 0.3569 yuan in the prior-year period.

Revenue slipped 6.6% to 27 billion yuan from 28.9 billion yuan in the year-ago period.

The company declared a final dividend of 0.02 yuan per share and a special dividend of 0.12 yuan per share, both payable Aug. 27 to shareholders on record as of Aug. 8.

Shares slipped 2% during afternoon trading on Thursday.
