Sinoma Energy Conservation's (SHA:603126) unit, CNBM Energy Conservation International Investment, signed a 1.25 billion yuan contract with China National Building Material's (HKG:3323) subsidiary for the green energy low-carbon project at Uzbekistan's Navoi Fertilizer Plant, according to a Tuesday disclosure on the Shanghai bourse.

CNBM's unit, China National Materials Overseas Technology Development, will develop, design, construct, commission, and test the project, the Chinese engineering services company said.
