On May 22, 2025, UBS AG, an exempt principal trader connected with the Offeree company, engaged in various dealings involving ordinary shares of ENN Natural Gas Co. Ltd. These included purchases and sales related to hedging of Delta 1 products from client-driven orders. The transactions involved significant numbers of shares and substantial amounts paid and received. UBS AG is ultimately owned by UBS Group AG, and the dealings were executed in RMB.
