Minerals 260 (ASX:MI6) has entered into a binding agreement for the sale of the Aston Project in Western Australia to Delta Lithium (ASX:DLI) for a cash considerdation of AU$450,000 with a 1.5% net smelter royalty on sale of all lithium in all forms, according to a Wednesday Australian bourse filing.

The deal will be completed on the earlier of either five business days after receiving Ministerial consent under the Mining Act to transfer tenements E09/2967 and E09/2968, or 30 days after the agreement is signed, whichever comes earlier, the filing said.
