CoreWeave (CRWV) said Wednesday it priced a $2 billion offering of 9.250% senior notes due 2030 at par of principal amount.
The offering was raised from $1.5 billion previously, the company said. It expects to close the offering on May 27, with funds raised for general corporate purposes.
The shares were up more than 18% in recent trading.
