Enterprise Development Holdings Limited has announced a change in the use of proceeds from a recent transaction. Originally intended for investment in artificial intelligence data center projects, the remaining unutilized net proceeds, amounting to approximately RMB54.734 million (equivalent to HK$59.042 million), will now be redirected. The decision follows increased market uncertainties and adjustments in partner demands, leading to the project's discontinuation. The company plans to allocate these funds towards enhancing its intelligence server products, which is expected to expand market scale and boost competitiveness. The Board assures that this change will not adversely impact operations and is in the best interests of the company and its shareholders.
