Dexus (ASX:DXS) obtained an injunction from the New South Wales Supreme Court against a notice issued by Australia Pacific Airports (APAC), according to a Thursday filing with the Australian bourse.
The company acts as trustee/manager for various interests representing around 27% of Australia Pacific Airports.
On May 16, APAC accused Dexus of breaching confidentiality obligations during a sale process involving stakes in Melbourne and Launceston Airports.
The company was appointed in 2024 to lead the sale on behalf of certain shareholders.
APAC alleged that Dexus misused a confidentiality deed poll and disclosed sensitive information, in breach of the APAC Shareholders' Deed.
The injunction temporarily restores governance, voting, and information rights of Melbourne and Launceston Airports shareholders and halts any finalisation of their valuation, the filing said.
A court hearing is scheduled for Aug. 11 and 12, the filing added.
Dexus has agreed to cover any damages if its claim fails.
