Elastic (ESTC) said late Wednesday it completed the acquisition of Keep Alerting to help users manage alerts for better operational efficiency.
The open-source AIOps company is expected to support Elastic's artificial intelligence assistant services through workflow automation capabilities, the company said.
Shares were down 5% in after-hours trading.
