CITIC Telecom International Holdings Ltd. held its Annual General Meeting on 21 May 2025. During the meeting, several proposals were put forward and approved. These included the adoption of the audited accounts and the Reports of the Directors and the auditor for the year ended 31 December 2024, the declaration of a final dividend for the same period, and the re-election of Mr. Zhao Lei, Ms. Wang Hua, and Mr. Yang Feng as non-executive directors of the company.
