Hang Pin Living Technology (HKG:1682) unit Sino Insurance Brokers Group acquired a further 1 million shares in PetroChina (HKG:0857, SHA:601857) for nearly HK$6.3 million, a Tuesday filing with the Hong Kong bourse said.

The shares were purchased for an average of HK$6.285 apiece from the open market, according to the garment sourcing company.
