MA Financial Acquires IP Generation for AU$90.4 Million

MA Financial Group (ASX:MAF) acquired real estate asset manager IP Generation for AU$90.4 million, according to a Thursday filing with the Australian bourse.

The acquisition increases the company's assets under management to over AU$12 billion and is expected to be accretive to the company's 2025 underlying earnings per share, the filing said.

The transaction is expected to be completed early in the second half of the year.

Shares of the company rose nearly 1% in recent Thursday trade.
