BHG Retail REIT's (SGX:BMGU) committed occupancy stood at 94.9% at the end of the first quarter, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Friday.
Weighted average lease expiry or WALE stood at 4.9 years by committed net lettable area, and 2.8 years by gross rental income, as of March 31.
Net lettable area was at 179,277 square meters, while total property valuation was 4.73 billion yuan from 6 properties.
