Lincotrade & Associates (SGX:BFT) received "relevant" approvals to build a 204-bed workers' dormitory at its factory in 5 Tuas Avenue, Singapore, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Friday.

The two-story factory has a land area of around 6,498.50 square meters and a gross floor area of around 5,490.41 square meters.

The additions and alteration works are expected to be completed during the fourth quarter of 2025.

Meanwhile, the group has also secured new projects worth SG$42.0 million during the first quarter of the year.
