TA Corp.'s (SGX:PA3) wholly owned subsidiary, Cornerstone Builders, was awarded a contract from Matsushita Greatwall Corp. worth about SG$39.7 million, according to a Monday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
The contract involves the constrution of a six-story single-user industrial building at Sungei Kadut Street, Singapore.
The project is expected to complete within 20 months, starting from eight weeks from the date of the letter of award and issuance of the first permit to initiate structural works by the Building and Construction Authority.
