The shares of major Australian iron miners retreated in recent trading on Wednesday after the iron ore price hit a three-week low.
Rio Tinto Group's (ASX:RIO) shares fell almost 0.6%, while those of BHP Group (ASX:BHP) fell almost 0.4%. The shares of Fortescue (ASX:FMG), on the other hand, rose 0.3%.
