Aedge Group (SGX:XVG) completed the placement of 1,950,000 subscription shares at an issue price of SG$0.26 per share to raise gross proceeds of SG$507,000, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Monday.

In an earlier filing, the company had agreed to issue 1,950,000 shares to Foo Tiang Ann, an existing shareholder of the company.

The shares will be listed and quoted on or around May 28.
