LIVINGSTON, N.J., May 27, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- CoreWeave (Nasdaq: CRWV), the AI Hyperscaler$(TM)$, today announced it has appointed Carl Holshouser as Vice President, Government Affairs. Holshouser was most recently Executive Vice President and Head of Federal Policy and Government Relations at TechNet, the national, bipartisan network of tech executives. With two decades of policy experience in technology, financial services, and on Capitol Hill, Holshouser has led enterprise-level advocacy campaigns, mobilizing stakeholders, shaping complex regulatory environments, and delivering policy wins that strengthen business and drive growth.

As Senior Director for Global Government Relations at Visa, Holshouser steered global policy on AI, data privacy, blockchain, and fintech, securing wins for the payments industry. His advocacy efforts have been recognized by The Hill, the National Institute for Lobbying & Ethics, and by CEO Update, where he was named a Leading Association Lobbyist for 2025.

Holshouser is the latest addition to CoreWeave's growing leadership team, building on several other strategic hires this year, including Chief Marketing Officer Jean English who most recently served as CMO for Juniper Networks, Chief Information Security Officer Jim Higgins, who recently served as the CISO for Snap Inc. and Block, Inc. and Chief Information Officer Sandy Venugopal, who has served as Chief Information Officer for both SentinelOne and Uber.
