Choice Hotels International Inc. is expanding its Everhome Suites brand with nine new openings and groundbreakings across Texas, Arizona, Oregon, and Ohio. Over the past 14 months, the midscale extended stay brand has launched 13 hotels and has 19 more under construction. The recent openings, including locations in Salem, Oregon, and Yuma, Arizona, reflect strong developer interest and a growing demand for extended stay accommodations. With plans to have nearly 25 hotels open by the end of the year and more than 60 in the pipeline, Everhome Suites is solidifying its nationwide presence. The developments are in collaboration with Highside Companies, emphasizing the brand's commitment to offering long-term value and meeting market demands.
