Stride Property Group (NZE:SPG) reported Wednesday that its adjusted funds from operations per diluted share in fiscal 2025 fell to NZ$0.0748 from the prior year's NZ$0.0956.
Analysts polled by Visible Alpha expected NZ$0.07.
Earnings per diluted share were NZ$0.0385, compared with a loss of NZ$0.1022 a year earlier. Analysts' estimate, as compiled by Visible Alpha, was NZ$0.08.
Net rental income for the 12 months ended March 31 was NZ$69.1 million, down from NZ$72.3 million in the same period a year earlier.
The board declared a final dividend of NZ$0.0156 per share, down from NZ$0.0194 in the previously reported period, payable on June 17 to shareholders on record as of June 6.
