Janison Education Group (ASX:JAN) appointed Dharmendra Singh as chief financial officer (CFO), effective July 4, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.

Singh will succeed current CFO Stuart Halls, who will remain in the role until June 30, the filing said.
