A deemed wholly-owned unit of China Dongxiang (Group) (HKG:3818), CPE Assets Allocation Fund D, agreed to subscribe for $20 million of class A shares in the CPE Fixed Income Investment Fund, a Tuesday Hong Kong bourse filing said.
The investment objective of the fund is to maximize risk-adjusted returns and provide long-term capital appreciation.
CPE Fixed Income Investment Fund is a regulated mutual fund incorporated in the Cayman Islands.
