Spectur (ASX:SP3) said Chief Executive Officer Anthony Schmidt will acquire 1.75 million shares by foregoing AU$25,753 of after-tax salary over four pay periods in May and June, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian bourse.

The shares are priced at AU$0.0147 each, the filing said.
