China Greenland Broad Greenstate Group Co. Ltd. held its annual general meeting on Friday, 30 May 2025. The meeting approved several proposals, including the audited consolidated financial statements and the reports of the directors and auditors for the year ended 31 December 2024. The re-election of Mr. Dai Guoqiang and Mr. Yang Yuanguang as independent non-executive directors was also approved. HLB Hodgson Impey Cheng Limited was re-appointed as auditors until the next annual general meeting. Additionally, a general mandate was given to the directors to repurchase shares not exceeding 10% of the total number of issued shares. All proposals were approved without opposition.
