Top Eminent Healthcare Group has restored its public float to 25.41%, surpassing the minimum 25% requirement under stock exchange listing rules, according to a Friday Hong Kong bourse filing.
This follows the off-market disposal of 10 million shares by Beijing Tong Ren Tang (Cayman) on Friday, May 30.
The transaction increased the number of shares held by the public to 516,734,999, representing about 25.41% of the company's total issued shares.
