Sky Light Holdings Ltd. held its Annual General Meeting on 30 May 2025. During the meeting, several proposals were considered. The proposal to receive and consider the audited consolidated financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2024 was approved. The re-election of Mr. Tang Wing Fong Terry as an executive director was also approved. The proposal to re-elect Mr. Liu Guofei as an executive director was withdrawn. All other resolutions were duly passed.
