Hygeia Healthcare (HKG:6078) unit Shanghai Gamma Star Technology Development entered into a framework agreement to supply medicine and medical consumables to Handan Renhe Hospital from time to time as required, a Thursday Hong Kong bourse filing said.

The new agreement, which replaces existing procurement contracts, is valid till Dec. 31, 2027.

Shanghai Xiangshang Investment Development holds 30% organizer's interest in Handan Renhe Hospital. Shanghai Xiangshang Investment Development is wholly owned by Zhu Yiwen, founder and chairman of Hygeia Healthcare, and his daughter Zhu Jianqiao, also a controlling shareholder of the company.
