Nera Telecommunications (SGX:N01) said that a court in Thailand dismissed charges filed against its subsidiary, Nera Thailand, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange.

Earlier, ABN Infinity Service Thailand had filed a charge against the subsidiary with regards to a joint liability of a check that was bounced back twice, with the bank refusing the payment due to insufficient money in ABN's account.
