EV Dynamics (Holdings) Ltd. has announced an update regarding its transaction involving the disposal of the entire equity interest in Chongqing Sinocop New Energy Vehicle Technology Company Limited (the "Target Company") to a purchaser for RMB34 million. As part of the transaction, certain intangible assets, including the modified bus enterprise status linked to Chongqing Suitong New Energy Automotive Manufacturing Co., Ltd., will be disposed of, while major assets and liabilities of the Target Group will remain with the Group. The Group has completed necessary restructuring steps as per the Disposal Agreement. Additionally, the purchaser is required to pay RMB760,000 as liquidated damages within 15 days following a judgment related to the agreement, while both the Group and the purchaser will share litigation costs. EV Dynamics is currently seeking legal advice regarding the judgment and will provide further updates when appropriate.
