Cavalier Resources (ASX:CVR) and Raptor Capital International are set to begin talks on binding agreements for a proposed $11 million stream finance facility for the Crawford gold project in Western Australia, according to a Friday Australian bourse filing.
This came after Raptor completed technical due diligence as part of the financing process for the stage one open pit.
The financing remains subject to agreement of binding terms and execution of definitive binding documentation, the filing added.
Cavalier's shares rose 4% on market close on Friday.
