Horizon Space Acquisition I Corp. has entered into a financial agreement to extend its timeframe for completing an initial business combination. On May 23, 2025, Squirrel Enlivened (Hong Kong) Technology Limited deposited a $120,000 Monthly Extension Fee into the trust account of Horizon Space Acquisition I Corp., enabling the company to extend its business combination deadline from May 27, 2025, to June 27, 2025. This payment was made in connection with an Agreement and Plan of Merger involving several entities, including Squirrel Enlivened Technology Co., Ltd. As part of the transaction, Horizon Space Acquisition I Corp. issued an unsecured promissory note for the same amount to Squirrel HK. This agreement provides Horizon Space Acquisition I Corp. with additional flexibility to consummate its planned business combination.
