May 28 (Reuters) - Synopsys SNPS.O has not received any notice ordering the company to curb its sales to China, CEO Sassine Ghazi said on Wednesday, following a Financial Times report that said the Trump administration has ordered U.S. chip design software firms to stop selling their services to Chinese groups.
"We are aware of the reporting and speculations, but Synopsys has not received a notice from the Bureau of Industry and Security ... We have not received a letter," Ghazi said on a post-earnings call.
