C3.ai Inc. and Baker Hughes have renewed and expanded their joint venture agreement, extending their collaboration through June 2028. This strategic partnership focuses on accelerating AI-driven transformation in the energy and industrial sectors. Since its inception in 2019, the alliance has generated over half a billion dollars in revenue for the oil and gas and chemical markets by deploying Enterprise AI solutions to major companies like Shell, ExxonMobil, and QatarEnergy LNG. The renewed agreement will see increased market activities and expanded work across these sectors. C3 AI will also continue to provide Enterprise AI solutions for internal use at Baker Hughes, enhancing their digital transformation efforts.
