enCore Energy Corp. has received approval for the inclusion of its Upper Spring Creek In-Situ Recovery (ISR) Uranium Project in the existing Radioactive Materials License $(RML.AU)$ granted by the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ). This approval allows enCore to commence construction on the project, including wellfields and a Satellite Ion Exchange Plant, which will support uranium extraction at the Rosita ISR Uranium Central Processing Plant. The Upper Spring Creek Project is enCore's third permitted facility in Texas, highlighting the efficiency of the permit process under the TCEQ in cooperation with the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission. With construction activities underway, enCore anticipates increased uranium recovery from late this year into 2026. The RML, which is scheduled for renewal in 2032, ensures compliance with safety and material handling protocols.
