TOTM Technologies' (SGX:42F) said Irawan Mulyadi has resigned as the company's chief executive officer and executive director, effective May 27, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Wednesday.

In the interim, the management team will be led by executive director Pierre Prunier.

Shares of the company were down nearly 8% in recent trading.
