Vohringer Home Technology's (SHA:603226) actual controller and his concerted parties agreed to transfer their 25% holdings in the company for 700.3 million yuan, according to a Shanghai bourse disclosure on Wednesday.

Ding Furu and his concerted parties sold 88,872,943 shares for 7.88 yuan apiece to Anji Yiqing Technology Partnership (Limited Partnership) and its actual controller, Jin Yawei.

After the transaction, Anji Yiqing will become the Chinese household furniture manufacturer's actual controller.

The company's shares jumped 10% in recent trade.
