CMC Magnetics (TPE:2323) acquired 4.2 million shares of Yang Ming Marine Transport (TPE:2609) for about NT$334 million.
The shares were purchased between May 26 and June 3 at an average price of NT$80.48 per share, according to a Tuesday Taiwan Exchange filing.
Following the transaction, CMC Magnetics now holds 4.2 million Yang Ming Marine Transport shares, representing a 0.121% stake in the company.
