Integral Ad Science (IAS) said Tuesday it has appointed Alpana Wegner as chief financial officer, starting June 10.

Wegner will succeed interim CFO Jill Putman, who will remain on the board as an independent director, the company said.

Wegner most recently served as CFO of Secureworks, Integral Ad said.
