The first land release sold out in under 24 hours, reflecting strong demand among first homebuyers and young families for affordable, well-located communities. The next stage of residential lots will be available on June 7, 2025, with prices starting at $359,000 for lots ranging from 255 to 361 square metres. Starling will feature 281 residential lots over 14 hectares, providing easy access to schools, shops, parks, and public transport.
