CosmoSteel's (SGX:B9S) subsidiary, Kim Seng Huat, terminated a subscription agreement with SRE Holdings Investment and Development JSC, according to a Monday filing with the Singapore Exchange.

The deal was terminated after the conditions precedent under the supplementary subscription agreement were not satisfied.
