Bright Dairy & Food's (SHA:600597) unit, Bright Dairy International Investment, applied for a one-year new loan totaling NZ$130 million that will replace a maturing loan, according to a Shanghai bourse filing on May 30.
A current loan of the same amount will mature on July 15.
The new loan will be applied from China Construction Bank (HKG:0939, SHA:601939) and Bank of China (HKG:3988, SHA:601988).
The Chinese food and beverage manufacturer will use the loan to supplement its business development needs, the filing said.
