China Everbright (SGX:U9E,HKG:1857) proposed to issue its third tranche of medium-term bonds worth 700 million yuan, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Tuesday.
The bonds, if the company proceeds with the issuance, are expected to be issued on June 5 and June 6.
Proceeds from the issuance will be used to redeem the company's existing perpetual medium-term bonds.
