BlockBeats News, June 4th, Ethereum founder Vitalik responded to the view that "cross-chain interoperability has been addressed at the infrastructure level" by stating, "In my view, unless cross-L2 operations can achieve censorship resistance, trustlessness, and non-intermediation like intra-L2 operations, the problem has not been solved. I call it the 'No-Regress Principle': Unless the new thing has the core properties identical to native ETH transfers on L1, we are not there yet."
