Leader Education's (HKG:1449) consolidated affiliated entity, Heilongjiang College of Business and Technology, has entered into a finance lease arrangement with Jiangsu Jinzu (SHA:600901), involving a transfer price of 30 million yuan.
The total lease payment for this arrangement amounts to 33.5 million yuan, according to its Hong Kong Stock Exchange filing on May 29.
This agreement encompasses the transfer of certain assets from Heilongjiang College of Business and Technology to Jiangsu Jinzu, followed by a lease-back of these assets to Heilongjiang College of Business and Technology.
