Immix Biopharma Inc. has entered into an At The Market Offering Agreement with Citizens JMP Securities, LLC, allowing the company to offer and sell shares of its common stock at its discretion through the agent. The sales will be conducted under the company's effective Registration Statement on Form S-3. The agent will earn a commission of 3% on the gross sales proceeds and will also be reimbursed for certain specified expenses up to $50,000.
