1402 ET - CrowdStrike Holdings may be more prudent with its guidance to account for friction from DOGE-related federal spending cuts within civilian agencies, Baird analysts Shrenik Kothari and Zachary Schneider say in a research note. They see the federal spending cuts and their impact on CrowdStrike's procurement in the government channel as a potential headwind for the second half of the year. That headwind is coming at a time when CrowdStrike is looking to reaccelerate growth in annual recurring revenue, the analysts say. The company's pipeline and platform breadth should support that reacceleration, they say. (dean.seal@wsj.com)
