Paramount $(PARA)$: The entertainment conglomerate, which is in negotiations to settle an election-interference lawsuit by President Trump, nominated three new directors to its board. The CBS owner scheduled its shareholder meeting for July 2.
TSMC $(TSM)$: The global chipmaker faces limited impact from tariffs, as levies are typically borne by importers, Chief Executive C.C. Wei said at a shareholder meeting. He guided for revenue and earnings to hit new highs this year.
Wolfspeed $(WOLF)$: The semiconductor company rose in brisk trading after-hours. The stock has been volatile in recent weeks. WSJ reported in late May Wolfspeed was preparing to file for bankruptcy.
Dollar General $(DG)$ is due to report earnings before the bell, followed by Hewlett Packard $(HPE)$ and CrowdStrike $(CRWD)$ after the close.
