CapitaLand Investment's (SGX:9CI) lodging business arm, The Ascott, added new locations in Japan, China, UAE and Saudi Arabia, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Tuesday.

The Ascott will open La Clef Bangkok by the Crest Collection and The Crest Chronicles.

Meanwhile, SEN/KA TOKYO by The Crest Collection is slated to open during the second half of 2029.

The company's portfolio now comprises 16 properties with over 2,700 units across 11 countries.
