Kasen International (HKG:0496) has completed the conversion of certain convertible bonds previously issued to Joyview on Tuesday, a same-day Hong Kong bourse filing said.

Following conversion, 393,399,471 shares were issued to Joyview, following which the latter, and parties acting in concert with it, hold a total of 961,404,584, or 52.35% shares in the company.
