Zhuhai Comleader Information Science & Technology (SHA:688175) cancelled plans to acquire Shanghai Xinnuo Communication Technology through share issuance, according to a Shanghai bourse filing on Tuesday.

The Chinese communication network equipment provider said it failed to reach consensus with the counterparties on the final transaction plan, the filing said.
