Viva Leisure-Backed Fitness Studio Signs Deal With US-Based Pilates Franchise Group

Viva Leisure (ASX:VVA) said that Boutique Fitness Studios, in which it holds a 34% stake, signed a deal with US-based Riser Fitness, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.

Under the deal, Riser Fitness will have exclusive rights to develop 40 new Club Pilates studios across Australia over the next four years, the filing said. This brings the total number of Boutique Fitness Studio franchise locations across Australia and New Zealand to 165.
